- Move promo-related magic values (mode identifiers, length limits, choice lists) into `business.constants` - Update `Promo` and `PromoCode` models to reference `PROMO_MODE_CHOICES`, `PROMO_UNIQUE_CODE_MAX_LENGTH`, etc. - Update serializers to use these constants for validation and field definitions
